Ryan Wilcox practices in real estate transactions and corporate law with a focus on real estate development, leasing, and entity formation. Prior to graduating from law school Ryan worked with the transactional group at the Firm gaining broad experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, lending, leasing, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Ryan graduated from University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ryan was a recipient of the Zarlengo Endowed Scholarship and a Dean’s Scholarship. While in law school, Ryan focused on gaining practical experience in the field of real estate law. He worked as a law clerk for a small litigation firm in Denver, worked with the real estate groups of both a medium size law firm in the Denver Tech Center and a large firm in Denver, and worked on real estate related legal matters for the national non-profit, Trust for Public Land. Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with a B.S.B.A. in three and a half years.

Ryan was born and raised in Colorado and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of the Rocky Mountains with his wife, daughter and two dogs, as well as golfing, cycling, hiking, playing basketball, and snowshoeing. Ryan has been known to say that you couldn’t drag him out of Colorado.
